Paint Booth OperatorLocation: Irving, TX Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime Available: First-come, first-served basis based on production needsJob Summary: SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Paint Booth Operator for a metal manufacturing company in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for loading formed and welded metal materials onto a paint track system for final primer application using water-based paint. The ideal candidate will have previous paint booth or industrial painting experience, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities:Load previously formed and welded metal materials onto the paint track system for final primer application.Operate and monitor paint booth equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.Perform daily and weekly maintenance on paint booth equipment and related systems.Monitor production schedules and meet daily production requirements.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed.Work effectively as a team member to support production goals.Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous paint booth, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Benefits:Weekly PayMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Temp-to-Hire OpportunityOvertime AvailableCareer Growth OpportunitiesAbout SURESTAFF:At SURESTAFF, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
