Full Job DescriptionPosition Title: Dry Cleaner/ SpotterEmployee Type: Full-TimeLocation View Cleaners - Irvine,CAOverviewAs a Dry Cleaner at View Cleaners, you'll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and pressing garments using industry-standard techniques and equipment while maintaining high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, knowledge of fabric care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Duties And ResponsibilitiesInspect garments for stains, damage, or special care needs prior to cleaningIdentify appropriate cleaning method based on fabric type and garment label (dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or spot treatment)Operate dry cleaning machines, washers, dryers, steamers, and presses according to safety and manufacturer guidelinesPre-treat stains using appropriate chemicals and techniquesTag and track customer garments accurately to avoid mix-ups or lost itemsConduct quality control checks to ensure all garments are cleaned and pressed to company standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate with front desk staff or customers about special requests or garment conditions (if needed)Assist in organizing and preparing cleaned items for customer pick-up or deliveryFollow all safety procedures and properly handle cleaning chemicalsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementRequirementsMust be able to frequently lift up-to 30 poundsMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust have Previous Dry-Cleaning experienceExperienceCustomer Service experience preferredYou will enjoyA great working environment!Friendly team members.Employee Discounts 401 K benefits Medical Insurance
