This pivotal role involves strategic leadership to integrate cutting-edge simulation methodologies into the curriculum, strengthening partnerships with clinical and community entities, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based experiential learning that prepares students for real-world nursing practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and expanding simulation-based education across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, with a focus on interprofessional collaboration and statewide impact. The role is designed for a senior faculty leader with a doctoral degree in nursing, education, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in simulation-based education, including program leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in simulation pedagogy, debriefing methodologies, and experiential learning strategies, as well as a strong background in curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and research in the field.Applicants for the Associate Dean position at the company should hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field and have a background that qualifies for a Full or Associate Professor appointment. A current RN license or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina is required.
