Production Team MemberAs a Production Team Member, you'll work on-site at one of our store locations helping to safely process vehicles, maintain equipment, and support daily production operations in an outdoor industrial environment.What you'll do as a Production Team Member:Support a "Safety First" culture and follow all safety/environmental proceduresEnsure clean and organized workspacesProvide friendly, professional service when interacting with customersInspect and operate production tools and equipment safelyDismantle vehicles and remove designated parts and fluidsPerform general maintenance and assist with building upkeepAssist with reporting inventory and achieving team goalsWear PPE and follow SOPs dailyWork outdoors in all weather conditionsLearn and grow new skills as directed by your team leadsGrow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.What you bring as a Production Team Member:Friendly attitude and commitment to customer serviceBasic knowledge of auto parts and mechanical functionsExperience with hand and power toolsAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasksAbility to work MondayFriday with some weekends/overtimeComfortable working outdoors in all weatherBasic computer and mobile device skillsReliable transportationHeavy equipment or forklift maintenance experience (preferred)Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred)About Us:Pull-A-Part is a national leader in the do-it-yourself used auto parts industry, offering a sustainable and customer-focused approach to automotive recycling.
