Overview As a Senior Data Engineer, you build and scale the trusted data foundation that enables fast, data-driven decision-making across Slack. You shape data governance, quality, and reliability while delivering scalable data models and pipelines that convert diverse sources into actionable metrics. You work cross-functionally to align data strategy with business goals and mentor teams to raise the engineering bar.
