Work Authorization: W2 (Only) Location: Torrance, CAWork Arrangement: Onsite – 4 Days per WeekTravel Requirement: Up to 10%Employment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects supporting enterprise application teams and shared services initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional projects, establishing project management methodologies, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organizationKey ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement project management processes, methodologies, and best practices for IT initiatives.Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Monitor daily project activities, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Identify project risks, issues, and resource constraints, and proactively escalate concerns when necessary.Conduct quality reviews and ensure adherence to organizational standards and customer expectationManage communication across all impacted business and technology teamstruck key project milestones and adjust project plans and resources as neededsupport application teams by providing shared services and project coordinationmanage one or more moderately to highly complex IT projects simultaneouslyRequired QualificationOns bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in IT Project Management.Proven experience managing medium to large-scale cross-functional IT projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationPMP Certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.Experience working in enterprise IT environments supporting application teams and shared services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Skills: Project ManagementIT Shared ServicesCross-Functional Team LeadershipRisk ManagementStakeholder Communication ResourcePlanning Budget & Timeline ManagementAgile / Waterfall MethodologiesQuality AssurancePMP Methodology
