Program / Project Manager Epic Data & Analytics

Title: Program / Project Manager – Epic Data & Analytics Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid remote) Type: Contract Description We are looking for a Program or Senior Project Manager specializing in Epic data and analytics to support enterprise reporting and data migration efforts tied to a major EMR transformation initiative. Remote-first with occasional onsite support as needed Flexibility for travel during critical project phases Key Accountabilities: Lead data-related workstreams within Epic EMR programs Oversee data migration, validation, and reporting design activities Partner with analytics teams to deliver enterprise reporting solutions Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication Drive planning, implementation, and evaluation for data initiatives Required Skills: 7–10+ years of project/program management experience Strong experience with Epic data and reporting tools, including: Cogito Clarity Caboodle Reporting Workbench Enterprise data platforms Experience managing data migration, conversion, or analytics programs Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Epic-to-Epic or large-scale EMR migrations PMP or equivalent certification Background in healthcare analytics or reporting Partner's Consulting is an award-winning IT Consulting and Recruiting firm based in the Philadelphia area.
