Data runs on STACK.The PositionThe Sr. Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the finance function - will report directly to the Sr. Treasury Manager and will assist in treasury operations, cash positioning, and debt management reporting. STACK currently has over $15B of financing in place, and the Treasury team helps raise billions every year to finance ongoing development of a large real estate portfolio. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will support all facets of STACK’s treasury operations with a focus on debt management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Debt ManagementPrepare monthly drawdown documents to facilitate debt funding across various sitesManage all debt service payments and reconciliations each monthManage all interest rate hedging related activitiesAllocate invoices to project budgets monthly and work with construction teams on change orders and/or budget changesResponsible for accurately initiating bank transactions including wire payments, ACH payments, and book transfersPerform vendor callbacks to confirm new banking informationAssist accounting team with payment reconciliations and researching various transactionsWork with AP team to confirm cash for monthly payment files to ensure all payments are processed in a timely mannerWork with the accounting team to settle outstanding intercompany transactionsSupport treasury manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportingProvide support on special projects or additional duties when neededThe DetailsLocation: Denver, CO – Hybrid – In Office 3 days a week with 2 remote days Travel: Less than 5%Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass comprehensive background and drug screeningMust-have QualificationsBachelor's degree required with Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred1-3+ years prior work experienceProficient in MS ExcelAbility to interpret financial data and knowledge of basic accounting principlesExperience with REITs, Data Centers, NetSuite, Cube, TMS, or Banking portals are a plusCompensation Range$76,320.00 - $83,740.00This Might Be Right For You IfYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
