AssemblerThe Analyzer Assembly 1 position is responsible for performing routine assembly operations for analyzer products and components in a manufacturing environment. The incumbent works under the supervision of a Lead Assembler or more senior employee and follows established procedures, assembly drawings, and work instructions to ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:Assemble analyzer components, subassemblies, and finished products according to established work instructions and assembly drawings.Always wear PPE while on the production floor.Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, and written instructions.Perform basic inspections to verify product quality and identify defects or assembly issues.Use hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately.Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Communicate production concerns, quality issues, or equipment problems to the Lead or Supervisor.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience.Ability to read and understand written instructions and interpret assembly drawings.Ability to work under the direction and supervision of a Lead Assembler or more senior employee.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
