We are looking for For the company's site in Rosh Ha'Ayin, we are looking for a Technical Manager to lead complex defense technology projects in the field of autonomy and robotic systems, both in Israel and abroad. In this role you will Lead the overall technical response within projects - from proposal stage, through development, and up to delivery and customer support Manage the engineering of multidisciplinary projects combining hardware, software, and algorithms, including architecture design, system requirements, and integration testing Define technical requirements, design system solutions, prepare technical specifications, and plan work plans and budgets Lead matrix management of engineering teams together with subcontractors and external suppliers in Israel and abroad - from design and implementation to integration and testing Collaborate directly with defense customers and technical representatives in Israel and overseas, including leading technical reviews and professional meetings Prepare technical proposals and responses to RFPs, including professional support for business and marketing processes Support transition processes from development to production and V&V (Verification & Validation) activities Monitor project deliverables, tasks, and schedules, ensuring adherence to defined quality and content objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering At least 5 years of proven experience in technical management, systems engineering, or leading engineering processes in complex projects Experience managing and leading development or integration teams in Israel and abroad Experience leading development processes in a matrix environment and with subcontractors Background in C4I, robotics, wireless communications, or military systems - advantage Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Willingness to travel abroad according to project requirements Broad system-level vision with strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration This is your chance to be a part of a new and exciting opportunity, work on complex, high-stakes systems, push the boundaries of autonomy and robotics, and build technology that makes an instant impact.
