Call Center Representative

Job Title: Call Center AgentPay Rate: $21-$22.80/hr (W2)Duration: Contract RoleLocation: Pasadena, CAJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team in Pasadena. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and their dependents, providing accurate information and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with inquiries about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and enrollment while ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
