What You'll DoConduct physical inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key counting device. Work across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers. Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate daily audit reports to store managers. Carpool daily with your team to dynamic job sites across the region. Schedule & Travel DetailsKickoff Time: Official store audit kickoff is typically 7:00 AM (departures can be as early as 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM depending on distance to the first store location). Weekly Hours: Total work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week. Daily Travel: Travel to 1–3 store locations daily within a 3-hour radius of Flint/Saginaw. What We're Looking ForValid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation (driving & carpooling rotation required). Ability to pass background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cold environments (coolers/freezers). Early risers who thrive in hands-on, active roles.
