Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. With decades of industry success and a strong reputation for client service, the organization offers a supportive environment, excellent culture, and long-term stability. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency. Compensation PackageSalary Range$50,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commissions & bonus opportunities Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies. Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round-robin servicing approach. Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction. Qualifications/RequirementsLicensureActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. ExperienceMinimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance. Leadership experience is a plus. Open to candidates with captive insurance experience. Technical SkillsProficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
