Occasional weekend work. The Manager is responsible for establishment of work schedules for all shifts, completion of required documentation…batch and employee related, schedule adherence, training needs, departmental work instructions and fruit quality guidelines.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the department operations to include the following. Productions efficienciesIngredient usage and documentationBatch Folder informationCompletion of essential daily documentationSupervisor training / Personnel DevelopmentGMP training, implementation and follow upFruit QualityDepartmental SafetyUpdate Daily, Weekly, Monthly scorecards. Daily communication with other managers/departments to ensure process control and smooth hand off from department to departmentDEPARTMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordination with maintenance on machine operation and issues related to downtime of equipment.
