Take ownership as the primary point of contact for all sites and suppliers, driving TMS implementation, compliance, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inbound supply chain processes in a dynamic, innovative, and growth-focused environment.[Responsibilities]- Lead TMS inbound implementation projects from requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live support.- Monitor inbound transportation and delivery performance across production and indirect suppliers.- Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements, targeting process efficiency and cost savings.- Ensure compliance and standardized shipping processes with site logistics leaders, suppliers, buyers, carriers, and TMS partners.- Deliver regular project status updates to leadership, PMO, and key stakeholders.- Document TMS implementation processes for standard work, training, and alignment.- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain specialty logistics workflows and system integrations.- Define and map TMS data requirements, ensuring high-quality data inputs and outputs.- Support ad-hoc initiatives as directed by TMS Group Lead or PMO.[Required Skills and Experience]- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, Master's with 3 years, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.- Demonstrated ability in transportation, supply chain, or warehouse management.- Experience in TMS implementation and logistics process improvement.- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Pareto analysis).- Reside in North America and able to travel up to 20% across the region.- Flexible to participate in virtual meetings with global teams outside standard business hours.[Preferred Skills]- Background in domestic and international freight within North America.- Experience with large-scale TMS implementation, ideally in industrial or aerospace sectors.- SAP ERP knowledge.- Familiarity with various shipping and transportation software.- Supply chain certifications (e.g., ISM, APICS) are valued.[Benefits]- 100% remote opportunity based in North America.- Collaborate with a global leader in aerospace and supply chain innovation.- Career growth in a high-impact, visible role with cross-functional exposure.- Competitive pay commensurate with experience.- Professional development and potential for industry certifications.[How to Apply]Ready to drive transformative change in supply chain management?
