Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.What You Will Be DoingHelion is hiring a contract Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments to support our production, and R&D. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager at our Everett, WA location.You WillPromptly unload trucks and deliveries during business hoursCollaborate with Materials Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Finance, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of materialPackage materials for shipment and transportManage transactions in Helion’s ERP softwareUtilize 3PL software to coordinate shippingMaintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, and storage areasOperate material handling equipment including, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand cartsSupport first shift operating from 7:30 am – 4:00 pmRequired Skills2+ years of related experienceValid driver's licenseAbility to lift/carry 20 lbsBenefitsOur total compensation package includes benefits, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for employees and their families 31 Days of PTO (21 vacation days and 10 sick days) 10 Paid holidays, plus company-wide winter break Up to 5% employer 401(k) match Short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance Paid parental leave and support (up to 16 weeks) Annual wellness stipendHelion is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
