As downstream Market Manager for our Cystoscopy portfolio, you will be at the forefront of defending market leadership, responding to competitive pressure, and driving innovation in a must-win category. This is not a maintenance role - it's a mission-critical opportunity to shape the future of a flagship business.You'll work closely with Sales, MarCom, HEOR & Market Access, and executive stakeholders to craft and execute high-impact strategies that deliver measurable results. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning market insights into action, and want to make a visible difference, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities & Core CompetenciesLead the strategic marketing plan for a high-priority product line under competitive pressure, specifically the Urology/Cystoscopy marketDevelop and execute market defense strategies to protect and expand market shareMonitor and report portfolio performance across financials, KPIs, and competitive dynamicsDeliver strategic business reviews and insights to Director Marketing and key stakeholdersIdentify portfolio gaps and collaborate with Global Product Management to shape future innovationLead market segmentation and targeting analysis to uncover growth opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product positioning, campaign development, and regional executionOwn brand positioning and ensure consistency across product design, messaging, and eventsDevelop and execute a unified messaging strategy that aligns with brand identity and resonates across all customer touchpointsLead the creation and deployment of targeted marketing campaigns - from concept to execution - designed to drive further awareness, engagement, and conversion in key market segmentGuide the development of sales enablement tools tailored to physicians, purchasing, and value analysis teamsLead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing and positioningPartner with Sales Management to validate and optimize marketing effectivenessCollaborate closely with HEOR & Market Access team to support messaging development through clinical evidence generation, ensuring value-based positioning and alignment with reimbursement strategiesBuild and leverage relationships with KOLs to drive deep market engagement and inform strategic directionDesign and deliver education programs for end users and sales team in collaboration with Clinical & Educational TrainerTravel up to 40%Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred5-7 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, ideally in medical devices or healthcareUrology/endoscopy experience preferred, but not requiredExperience leading strategic marketing plans and translating into executionStrong analytical skills with demonstrated success in market segmentation and data-driven targetingTrack record of successful product launches, campaign development, and brand positioningProven ability to collaborate across functions including Sales, MarCom, HEOR & Market AccessExperience in supporting a direct salesforceComfortable engaging with KOLs and leveraging clinical insights for messagingStrong initiative, multitasking ability, and relationship-building across organizational levelsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelAbout AmbuAmbu has been bringing the solutions of the future to life since 1937.
