About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts through lead generation, outreach, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited about contributing to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead GenerationIdentify, research, and qualify new business opportunities using internal databases and toolsConduct cold, warm, and drop-in outreach to prospective clientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRMTrack outreach efforts, follow-ups, and email campaignsIdentify and pursue state contract opportunities, including bid preparationMarketing & Outreach SupportAssist in executing marketing campaigns, including targeted outreach and email sequencesDraft, schedule, and manage social media content across platformsCollaborate with marketing to align outreach with broader campaign initiativesEvents & Community EngagementRepresent the company at Chamber of Commerce gatherings and community eventsSupport planning and execution of conferences and local engagementsAssist with trade show setup and actively engage with attendeesQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized with high attention to detail and data accuracySelf-motivated with a proactive, sales-oriented mindsetComfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $42,500 – $55,000 annually + revenue-based bonusSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (available after 90 days, employer contributes)Disability Coverage: Short-term and long-term provided401(k): Discretionary matching and/or profit-sharingPaid Time Off:10 days vacation (available after 90 days)Unlimited sick time with manager approvalWhy Join Us?We’re proud to be known for one of the best workplace cultures in the Oklahoma City area where energy, collaboration, and growth are part of everyday life.
