The successful candidate will join a Global team (reporting into US/EU based management team) and will have the opportunity to work alongside the product design engineers and cross functional teams helping to deliver multiple NPI projects on budget to challenging technical requirements and timelines.Title: Mechanical Engineering Tech:Converts customer document files to in-house document files for vendor quotations.Conducts part evaluation, including DFM, FAIR, PPAP, Statistical CP, CPK reports, measurement reports, etc. Prepares FAI reports for client submission.Manages test lab and equipment for visual and dimensional inspection, testing of incoming components and assemblies against existing documentation.Prepares 2-D designs and drawings using Solidworks and Autocad software.Maintains Project log, engineering status and task report.
