Program Manager

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in either Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing program-level management and oversight of grant awards, pending, active, and closed to ensure compliance and successful receipt of funds.The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5-7 years of previous project/program management experience.Program Manager ResponsibilitiesProvide program-level monitoring and reporting of awards status and escalated risks.Serve as company SME on grant compliance and provide advice on compliance to project teams.Ensure projects with government grant funding follow all award specific requirements leveraging the grant program office managed standards.Train internal teams on compliance areas and ensure timely, high-quality submission of required materials, while maintaining effective project and program management to drive team success.Requirements of the Program Manager:5-7 years of previous project/program management experience.Knowledge of compliance, familiarity with different grant award/grant documents, application materials/contracts.Previous experience associated with federal/state grant activity and have previous experience administering grants for a federal entity.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Planner is preferred.PMP is strongly desired in addition to program/Portfolio management certification.Change management methodology knowledge, such Prosci (change management prof certification) is a nice to have.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
