Quality Assurance Analyst

On-Demand Group is currently seeking a QA Analyst on a contract-for-hire basis. This role will require a hybrid work setting, with 2-3 in-office days per week in the South metro. Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities market to be considered.Plan, execute, and document QA testing for Integration Platform deliverables.Coordinate end-to-end testing across portfolios and upstream/downstream teams to validate integration behavior and production readiness.Support QA for IT configuration changes and workflow enhancements tied to new SaaS applications.Test integration-heavy systems, including APIs, file-based interfaces, and middleware/platform integrations.Create and maintain test artifacts: test strategy/approach, test plans, detailed test cases, and execution result reports.Support system integration testing (SIT) and regression testing cycles.Implement or expand automated regression testing frameworks to increase coverage and efficiency.Prefer experience within healthcare domains such as Provider, Membership, Product & Benefits, and Medical Management.The projected hourly range for this position is $59 to $75.On-Demand Group (ODG) provides employee benefits which includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.
