The Medical Device Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring all products meet established specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role performs in-process and final inspections using calibrated equipment, visual inspection criteria, and documented procedures to verify conformance prior to release.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
Strong knowledge of measurement techniques and inspection tools (Use of micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators)
Blueprint Reading/ GD&T knowledge (Training Certificate preferred)
Shift: 3rd Shift
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Technical or quality-related training
Experience with medical implants and instruments
ISO 13485, GMP, FDA 21 CFR 820 knowledge
Familiar with Keyence machines
Familiar with ECAD
Be able to become part of a collaborative team where your contribution directly impacts product quality and safety
