QTI - Quality Technician I

This role performs in-process and final inspections using calibrated equipment, visual inspection criteria, and documented procedures to verify conformance prior to release. Required Skills/Knowledge: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy Strong knowledge of measurement techniques and inspection tools (Use of micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators) Blueprint Reading/ GD&T knowledge (Training Certificate preferred) Shift: 3rd Shift Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalency Technical or quality-related training Experience with medical implants and instruments ISO 13485, GMP, FDA 21 CFR 820 knowledge Familiar with Keyence machines Familiar with ECAD Be able to become part of a collaborative team where your contribution directly impacts product quality and safety The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
