This role involves managing the check-out process for patients, scheduling follow-up appointments, collecting payments, verifying insurance details, and providing excellent customer service. The Check-Out Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while delivering a positive experience for patients.
