Now Hiring: Change Management ConsultantWe’re looking for a dynamic Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives and drive meaningful organizational change. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both collaborative team environments and independent project ownership.Work sample required with submissionWhat You’ll Do:As a key member of the change team, you will:• Define and execute change management strategies across both Agile and Waterfall projects• Apply Prosci methodology to drive adoption and business readiness• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and support sponsor roadmap development• Create and deliver engaging communications (newsletters, SharePoint pages, Teams updates, etc.)• Develop training materials and job aids to support end users• Identify and mitigate people-related risks and adoption challenges• Represent change management in cross-functional meetings and leadership discussionsKey Responsibilities Breakdown:• 40% – Develop and coordinate change management initiatives• 25% – Implement change plans and navigate organizational challenges• 20% – Manage escalations and provide updates to stakeholders• 15% – Represent change management in meetings and decision forumsWhat We’re Looking For:• Experience developing and executing change management strategies• Strong understanding of Prosci methodology, tools, and frameworks• Excellent communication and storytelling skills• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational buy-in• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Skills:• Leadership strengths in negotiation, conflict resolution, and influence• Proficiency in PowerPoint design and internal communications (newsletters, graphics)• Experience building and managing SharePoint sites• Familiarity with Agile change environments• Ability to manage multiple priorities with shifting business needs
