If you're someone who thrives outside the office and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choiceProviding therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approachesPreventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placementsManaging crises and building safety plans that actually workGuiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellnessTeaming up with our bachelor's-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound careRequirements:Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligibleValid MA Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving recordAt least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic settingStrong communication skills & emotional intelligenceAbility to make clinical judgments and work independentlyCompassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered careEnjoy fast-paced environments and creative problem-solvingWhy Join Us?Flexible scheduling + hybrid documentation timeProfessional supervision and clinical growth opportunitiesMileage reimbursementAccess to tools, training, and support – including in-service for CEUsReal-time impact on kids, caregivers, and communitiesA team that has your back and shares your missionCompensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.
