Healing Collective is an online, community-based wellness space offering yoga, sound baths, guided meditations, workshops, courses, and embodied healing practices. The collective focuses on nervous system support, slowing down, connection, and holistic well-being in an accessible and inclusive way. Founded by yoga teacher, coach, and author Wilderness Cowan, the space integrates personal and collaborative offerings. The goal is to help participants reconnect with themselves in grounded, supportive, and sustainable ways. Team members join a mission-driven, virtual community dedicated to mindful, trauma-informed, and compassionate practices.Role Description: This is a remote, contract role for Workshop Facilitators. The Workshop Facilitator will lead live online workshops with whatever topic is their zone of genius and is aligned with the collective’s values of nervous system support, embodiment, and holistic well-being. I am open to weekly, series, or one time workshops—this would mostly just depend on sunject and type of workshop.Experience with Workshops and Facilitation, especially in wellness, mindfulness, somatics, or related community-based spaces is required. Creativity Skills to design engaging, experiential activities and adapt content in real time to group needs.Demonstrated commitment to holistic well-being, nervous system awareness, or embodied healing practices.Comfort using virtual meeting platforms and basic digital tools for remote facilitation. Personal zoom or other video forum required. Ability to hold psychologically safe, non-judgmental spaces for participants of diverse identities and experiences.An expertise and relevant certifications or training in topic you are presenting.• has an established community or student base they’re actively connected with• is excited about co-growing an online wellness space in a collaborative way. Pay is 60/40 split based on attendance so it is a collaborative effort. You muat be comfortable promoting the class through your own avenues. This is a good fit for someone who loves teaching and has a community, but doesn’t want to manage all the backend logistics of hosting an online platform alone.
