What You'll Do (Serving A Local Dripping Springs Family)Your care helps this client stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home.Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feedingSupport mobility and safe transfersAssist with range of motion exercises (PT)Prepare meals and follow dietary needsProvide companionship and emotional supportHelp with light housekeeping, errands, and transportationMonitor and report changes in client conditionMaintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plansProtect client privacy and uphold HIPAA standardsEngage clients in meaningful, uplifting activities??
