Overview:
In this role, you will deliver a range of training to associates and clients while growing functional knowledge of ADP products. You will apply adult learning principles to facilitate effective learning for diverse groups and individuals, and you will collaborate with instructional designers to improve curricula. The position emphasizes coaching, mentorship, and cross-functional engagement to drive learner success and client satisfaction. This is a remote-friendly opportunity in the US with a focus on large-scale, scalable training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Deliver functional, technical, and soft skills training to associates and clients, including new hire orientation and product curriculaApply adult learning theory and facilitation techniques to manage group and individual learningRespond to participant questions using product knowledge and business processesDeliver core orientation, service skills, and product training, including complex topics across portfoliosConsult with instructional designers on curricula effectiveness and recommend improvementsIdentify opportunities to integrate and blend curricula across products for scalabilityMaintain up-to-date product/process knowledge and relevant certifications, and manage LMS tasksCoach and mentor team members; certify new associates on product knowledge and facilitation skillsHandle administrative tasks such as LMS administration, surveys, status reports, and time tracking
Key requirements:
Strong understanding of Workforce Management softwareExperience implementing/training WFM or HCM systems 3+ years of experience with WorkForce Software products and processes 3-5 years' experience with databases, SQL, JavaScript, and formula languagesFamiliarity with a report writer such as Crystal Reports or similarMilitary experience considered if it demonstrates teamwork and adaptabilityEntry-level experience in training/service/implementation or equivalent knowledge/experience with HCM products (preferred) Facilitation and presentation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAdaptability and ability to manage group dynamicsDatabases (SQL) JavaScriptCrystal Reports or equivalent reporting tool
