Job Title: Technical Lead – Microsoft 365 / EUC / Citrix / VMwareLocation: Bay Area, CA (Onsite / Remote Hybrid) Travel: Must be willing to travel to Europe within 6 months We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, EUC, Citrix, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure platforms. This role will lead architecture, integration, automation, and operational excellence, combining hands-on engineering, SRE practices, and enterprise application integration to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal performance of complex environments. Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Infrastructure (AD / MECM / Intune / M365)Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) – patching, tuning, troubleshootingAdminister Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI and security hardeningAutomate using PowerShell and configuration toolsManage Windows 10/11 endpoint environments and device lifecycleAdminister Microsoft 365 workloads:Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure ADImplement identity protection, conditional access, and compliance policiesManage OSD, application packaging, patch compliance, and reporting · Manage Citrix (CVAD, ADC/NetScaler) and VMware (vSphere/ESXi) environments· Optimize performance, high availability, DR, and secure access· Administer monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Datadog) and build alerts/dashboards· Handle identity lifecycle (AD, M365, ARS) and automate provisioning workflows· Lead application integrations (APIs, SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and migrations· Oversee NOC operations, incident management, and SLA improvements· Drive SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, automation, observability, RCA)· Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture guidance Required Skills & Experience12–15+ years of infrastructure engineering experienceStrong expertise in:Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops / Citrix CloudCitrix ADC / NetScalerMECM / SCCMVMware vSphere / ESXiWindows Server & Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Datadog)PowerShell automationActive Roles Server (ARS)Workday identity integrationsEnterprise application integrationsNOC operations leadership
