SUMMARYThis role supports high speed pharmaceutical bottling and packaging operations in a regulated GMP environment. Technicians operate, change over, and troubleshoot automated packaging lines while adhering to safety, quality, and documentation standards.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GEDManufacturing or production experience in a regulated environmentAbility to read, follow, and document procedures (SOPs)Strong basic math skills (including metric system)Ability to work overtime as required by production needsEnglish proficiency (written and verbal)DESIRED EXPERIENCEManufacturing experience or production experience in a regulated environmentEquipment troubleshooting experienceExperience reading, following, and documenting procedures (SOPs)WHAT YOU'LL DOOperate and set up high speed bottling and packaging linesPerform changeovers, equipment setup, and routine operationClear equipment stoppages and perform light troubleshooting (as trained)Inspect in process and finished products to ensure quality compliancePerform material handling and palletizing activitiesComplete production documentation using electronic and paper systemsFollow cGMP, OSHA, SOP, and safety guidelines at all timesTRAINING & SYSTEMS (EXPOSURE PROVIDED)Automated packaging equipmentSAP, MES, and electronic batch records (EBRs)Preventive maintenance tasksVFDs and servo drive systems (as trained)OTHER REQUIREMENTSMust pass drug screen and criminal background checkRandom drug screening is conducted onsiteOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
