Every day, more than 4,200 global employees are challenging what’s possible to help improve outcomes.Summary DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for the execution and ongoing effectiveness of Integra’s enterprise talent development, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.Working in close partnership with the Global Head of Talent & Culture & key HR and business stakeholders, this role supports the design and evolution of talent review and development frameworks and is accountable for high‑quality execution, facilitation, leader readiness, and process integrity. While decision rights and overall accountability for talent review sit with the Global Head of Talent & Culture, this role ensures consistent application and meaningful outcomes from those processes across the enterprise as well as their on-going improvement.With global scope and broad cross‑functional engagement, this role helps translate enterprise talent strategy into practical development action and pipeline strength.This is a hybrid, full-time role with a strong preference for being based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters or co located at one of Integra LifeSciences’ sites. Regular on-site presence is expected to enable effective partnership and team leadership. As a global role, occasional flexibility for early morning or evening calls is necessary to support collaboration across time zones.Position RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Talent Review & Talent EvaluationExecute enterprise talent review processes, including preparation, facilitation, tools, and leader enablementEnsure consistent evaluation of sustained performance and leadership potential using enterprise standardsSupport high‑quality, judgment‑based calibration discussions that result in clear actions and follow‑throughCritical Role & Succession PlanningLead enterprise‑level identification and ongoing review of critical rolesExecute succession planning processes, including readiness assessment and gap analysisPartner with leaders to identify next steps where succession risk or capability gaps existLeadership & Talent DevelopmentDeliver leadership development programs and targeted development initiatives aligned to enterprise prioritiesSupport differentiated development investment for high‑potential and enterprise talent populationsIntegrate development actions into broader talent review and succession outcomesKPIs, Benchmark and Continuous ImprovementDefine, track and monitor KPIs in relation to activities in-scope, to both assess efficiency of the process and programs, as well as the intended outcomesEnsure continuous benchmark, keeping current on industry and practice trends and practicesDrive continuous improvement notably through voice-of-customer, process improvement and after-action reviews with key stakeholdersEnterprise PartnershipPartner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to translate talent insights into development and pipeline actionsSupport leaders in understanding development implications of talent review outcomesProfessional Experience/QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required10+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, or leadership development5+ years of people leadership or enterprise program leadership experienceExperience supporting enterprise Talent Review and succession processesExperience working in a regulated industry with preference for life sciences / MedTechExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbilities, including the ability to influence and build consensusExperience working in a global organization preferredBe results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and at the same time focus on being cost-effective and fiscally responsibleFunctional knowledge of multiple operational functions and principlesProven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic settingSalary Pay Range:$125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
