Senior Production Software Engineer

This team sits at the intersection of operations and development, with a focus on improving reliability, enabling safe and rapid change, and reducing operational overhead. Your work will directly support faster, more stable delivery across the organization.What you’ll doDesign and implement pipelines that streamline how changes move into production—from validation through deploymentBuild and enhance monitoring systems with a focus on incident response and operational visibilityDevelop tooling and infrastructure to improve reliability and reduce manual overhead in production environmentsPartner with stakeholders to strengthen feedback loops across production workflowsCollaborate with global engineering teams to standardize and improve production environmentsMentor junior engineers and contribute to team developmentYou’ll work in a highly collaborative, performance-driven environment alongside talented engineers and problem-solvers. The team values continuous improvement and supports individuals in tackling complex, high-impact challenges.Who you areBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong programming experience (Python preferred)Broad understanding of systems, including networking, hardware, operating systems, databases, and web infrastructureExperience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment workflowsFamiliarity with tools such as Ansible, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar technologies is a plusExperience in production or infrastructure environments is beneficialA proactive mindset with the ability to identify and improve complex systems, including security considerations
