Summer Intern (Electronic Services)
Electronic Services InternThe Electronic Services Intern will learn about the daily operations of the Electronic Services Department. Interns will observe and assist with mobile deposit processing, debit card operations, wire transfers, share draft processing, ACH processing, and Online Banking. This is a learning position with mentorship and supervision provided.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Assist with mobile deposit processing and reconciliation
Order debit cards and perform card maintenance
Assist with wire transfers
Process ACH payroll allocations
Send notices and letters to members as needed
Assist with debit card dispute processing
Assist in the organization and review of documents
Assist in shredding confidential documents
Learn about banking regulations and credit union policies

High school graduate or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
3rd or 4th year college student
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to 713.3(b) of the NCUA's Rules and Regulations.
