Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead
Role: Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $90–$95/hrJob Description: • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong focus on Health Cloud • Hands-on experience in Life Sciences with at least one end-to-end implementation • Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models: Patients, Care Programs, Care Program Enrollee • Configure Health Cloud Console and Care Coordination workflows • Experience with Amazon Connect and Conga Composer (email/fax templates) • Implement Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and Vanity Email • Experience with Accounts and Person Accounts • Hands-on with Health Cloud APIs, Utilization Management, and OmniStudio• Strong Salesforce platform skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL • Experience with Salesforce Flows (record-triggered and screen flows) • Lightning Experience customization and Salesforce data model expertise • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption)• Strong understanding of data management and security (HIPAA, GDPR) • Expertise in Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD tools • Manage sandbox strategy and full deployment lifecycle• Integration experience with MuleSoft (preferred) or Azure/AWS tools • Experience with Salesforce Connect, External Objects • Event-driven architecture using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) • Exposure to Data Cloud integration• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with best practices • Define coding standards, branching strategies, and secure development practices • Manage release lifecycle including versioning, validation, and production deployments • Oversee integrations using APIs, Platform Events, and middleware • Ensure code quality via reviews, testing, and compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentor developers • Drive DevOps improvements and automation • Handle production support, troubleshooting, and incident management • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, OmniStudio • MuleSoft or Salesforce AI/Data Cloud certifications are a plusIf you’re open to exploring new opportunities or currently in the job market, I’d be happy to connect.
