Key duties include:High-Volume Lead EngagementConduct high‑volume outbound sales calls to targeted prospects.Execute outreach campaigns using phone, SMS, and email.Follow proven scripts while tailoring conversations to prospect needs.Manage live incoming calls with professionalism and clarity.CRM & Automation ManagementTrack, update, and manage leads in HubSpot and other automation systems such as Go High Level and Zapier.Utilize automated workflows to nurture leads and maintain consistent follow‑up.Ensure CRM accuracy, organization, and compliance with company protocols.Collaboration & Pipeline MovementPartner closely with sales closers for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.Schedule discovery calls with decisionmakers and provide detailed lead intelligence.Contribute to pipeline review meetings and strategic growth planning.Performance TargetsAchieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
