Our client is looking for a part-time Event Coordinator to join their team! This role is Tues - Thursday 8am - 4pm and requires travel to be onsite for the event. Responsibilities:Event Coordination & Execution Support the planning and execution of internal and external sales events, including: Team meetings Regional customer events Coordinate logistics, timelines, and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth execution Sponsorship Management Assist with end-to-end sponsorship coordination, including: Completion and tracking of sponsorship request forms Ticket allocation and attendee logistics Event planning and onsite coordination (as needed) Fulfillment of sponsorship-related marketing and advertising deliverables Budget Administration & Tracking Provide support in managing event budgets, including: Expense tracking and reconciliation Audit support and documentation Coordination with finance/procurement teams as needed Operational & Administrative Support Maintain office supply inventory for relevant teams/divisions Manage and update the Sales Calendar across teams Support miscellaneous administrative tasks, including: Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars Project coordination (gathering cross-functional data and inputs)Drafting team communications, memos, and updates Maintaining trackers and reporting tools Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) - Proficiency in event management tools (Cvent, EventAirs, Stova etc.) - Strong multitasking ability with the capacity to prioritize and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and organizational skills - Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines - Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences - Ability to work independently once onboarded, with minimal supervisionIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
