Job Title: Community Association ParalegalLocation: Orlando (Hybrid after 90 days; also open to Tampa, Miami, Sarasota, Lauderdale)Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireSalary: $65,000 - $75,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Community Association Paralegal to support a fast-paced legal team focused on community association matters. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, professional environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.This role includes comprehensive training on specialized legal software and internal processes to ensure success and expertise in the position.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare demand letters and pre-suit mediation correspondencePrepare annual and special meeting notice packagesDraft board meeting notices, board resolutions, and client correspondenceAssist with certificates of amendment and related filingsManage document rewrite and revision projectsRecord legal documents and prepare client transmittal communicationsPrepare amendment packages, notices, and cover lettersCoordinate special assessment and recall packagesMaintain association Q&A documents and client recordsOrder title searches and governing documents as neededReview and verify accuracy of condominium and homeowner association governing documentsMaintain Marketable Records Title Act (MRTA) logs and related compliance trackingPrepare revitalization packages and notice-to-preserve documentationSupport administrative and legal workflow for association clientsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field requiredBachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred3-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in community association or related legal workEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
