Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required per client policy. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility required. Experience with facility documentation systems and restorative nursing programs preferred. Demonstrated ability to work within interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week as specified by client.
