RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality.We also offer RBT paid training.Behavior Technician Training provides:* A 40+ hour paid training program to prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)* Receive high-quality training grounded in evidence-based practices in adult learning and applied behavior analysis including:* BAYADA University web-based courses* Live lectures* Hands-on training and structured observation* BAYADA study guides to prepare you for the RBT examHow You'll Make an Impact:* Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan* Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
