Janitronics employs a dedicated team that is trained to ensure clean and safe spaces, promoting a healthy environment for clients and their surrounding communities.Job Skills / RequirementsJob SummaryCleanroom technicians maintain critical areas of manufacturing/research facilities using specialized equipment and systematic cleaning processes. Maintenance of entryways and wipe-down areas leading into clean-room. Maintenance of clean-room floors using ULPA filtered clean-room vacuums and cleanroom approved mopping techniques. Maintenance of clean-room walls and fixtures using clean-room approved wall mops or wipes. Removal and disposal of regulated waste and general trash. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Performs specialized cleaning in a Cleanroom Manufacturing environment per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).Documentation of performed tasks.Maintaining Cleanroom gowning inventory and supplies.Detailing all machines and fixtures in the cleanroom when not in useOrganizing delivery of gowning materials to the point of use within the cleanroom.Performing unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules.You must be able to wear additional clothing (jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask)Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities.Keeping work areas clean and organizedMaintain compliance with all company policies and established proceduresMaintain company standards and programs for safety and securityTreat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respectProvide outstanding customer servicePerform all other duties as assignedQualifications:Integrity and ability to work in a team environment and independently.Computer Literacy and Proficiency is required to complete training.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Strong Attention to DetailExceptional Time Management and Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.Ability to retain any given instructionsDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the jobPhysical Requirements:Ability to traverse work site and transport equipment used for completing job functionsAbility to position self to reach areas both below waist level to the floor and above their headAbility to effectively communicate with management and coworkersAbility to detect, observe, and inspect work areas to identify potential opportunities and concerns.Ability to transport up to 50lbs through work site as neededAbility to handle exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other potential irritantsMust meet minimum age requirementsBehavioral Requirements:Attention to Detail: Thorough in completing tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygieneDependability: Reliable and punctual, able to complete tasks with minimal supervisionIntegrity: Honest and ethical, particularly in handling company property and equipment as well as clocking time accuratelyFlexibility: Willing to adapt to changing tasks and schedulesCommunication Skills: Able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
