Our commitment to our clients shows in the work we do and the results we provide.Job ResponsibilitiesWe seek a professional irrigation crew with established expertise to work with our team to complete irrigation installs on our residential properties. You will be responsible for the following:Coordinating your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified detailsChecking materials delivered against take-off and informing the Operations Manager of shortages to allow for the prompt delivery of missing items and uninterrupted workflowEstablishing and following a schedule with the officeMaintaining an orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilizedMaintaining positive relations with customersReferring all problems to the office for resolutionContacting the office if necessary to resolve immediatelyComplying with the Subcontractor Agreement as signedQualificationsTo qualify for this position, you should have:A clean and neat appearanceGood communication and people skillsWillingness to learn and follow documented processesAbility to work specified details and quality assurance checklist independentlyConserva Irrigation is a team of professionals that specializes in efficient irrigation.
