LV Switchgear AssemblerFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a LV Switchgear Assembler located in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Production Manager, the LV Switchgear Assembler role is responsible for prepping wiring subassemblies for our switchgear projects.Two shifts available:1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMWhat a typical day looks like:Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and prints to manufacture wiring subassemblies for relay and control panelsCrimp, strip, cut, pull, and bundle wiring according to plansEnsure wiring is properly labeled and markedConnect cut wires to components, and routing the wire and cables in an orderly fashionEnsure quality workmanship of all wires and componentsMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly work areaComplete other duties as assignedThe experience we're looking to add to our team:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical components OR completion of a technical vocational programStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accuratelyKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety managementReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagramsBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurementsBasic understanding of tools (ex.
