You will collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements, implement new features, and enhance existing functionality. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, building responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs and data sources, and ensuring application reliability, performance, and security. You will participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve system quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Parrish, FL, requiring close collaboration with local team members and stakeholders.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering complete web solutions end-to-end.Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, accessible user interfaces.Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, including designing APIs, handling data persistence, and working with server-side frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, relational or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests).Effective written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
