Apply via Dice today!We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support utility billing and account management operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, billing issues, account maintenance, and problem resolution while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, utility providers, and vendors.Handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, complaints, and account-related requests.Manage utility account setup, maintenance, and closure activities.Research and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and billing systems.Monitor account activity and identify discrepancies or issues.Assist with fraud investigations, revenue risk management, and special projects.Support process improvement initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.4+ years of customer service, account management, or related experience.Experience in utilities or energy industry is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
