Compliance, Documentation, and Reportinga) Support the management of service and works contracts.b) Maintain contract management tools and reporting mechanisms.c) Follow up on the timely resolution of contract operational issues.d) Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).2. Financial Transaction Processing and Invoice Managementa) Process and record financial transactions in PMIS, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, service entry sheets, vendor invoices, accruals, and prepaid expenses.b) Review invoices and supporting documentation to verify accuracy prior to payment.c) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.d) Process and reconcile GSO credit card transactions.e) Perform other related duties as assigned.ExperienceEssential: Five years of administrative work.Desirable: Two years of experience in an international organization would be an assetLanguagesVery good knowledge of English and Spanish.IT SkillsDemonstrated ability to effectively use current technology and software, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Other IT skills and knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word are considered essential.
