Program ManagerAxiom Consultants, Inc, is seeking a skilled and driven Program Manager to support the Office of Education, duties include:Responsibility for all Contractor work and performance under the PWSProvide management and technical direction to all Contractor personnelServe as single point of contact for the CO and COR on contractual mattersConduct rigorous financial tracking of labor hours and travel CLINs; provide monthly burn rate charts and early notification to prevent funding gaps or over-expenditureEnsure activities conform to legal and contractual obligations; provide documentation and reports on travel, labor hours, performance, compliance, and risk managementIdentify, track, and report risks related to performance, schedule, or cost; develop and execute mitigation strategiesQualificationsB.S. in an associated field.Minimum 4 years of experience, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role.Axiom offers competitive compensation packages including comprehensive medical/dental/life insurance and matching 401(k) contribution.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
