With decades of innovation in electric propulsion and spacecraft technologies, Busek plays a critical role in enabling next-generation space missions.Position Overview:Busek is undergoing a company-wide ERP transformation, transitioning from Deltek to Epicor to modernize and scale our business operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support this high-impact initiative.This role offers hands-on experience working across Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain, helping ensure data accuracy and integrity as we migrate and structure critical business information into the new ERP system. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major systems implementation at a growing aerospace company.Key Responsibilities:Review, validate, and clean data across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing systemsPartner with Accounting, AP, and Supply Chain teams to gather, verify, and reconcile dataSupport the migration of data from Deltek to Epicor, ensuring accuracy and consistency in ERP templatesUpdate and maintain ERP data import templates for multiple business functionsPerform detailed audits of entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy across all required fieldsIdentify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and follow through to resolutionAssist with additional ERP-related data tasks and process improvementsAdditional Responsibilities:Communicate with customers and suppliers (via email or phone) to verify and obtain missing or unclear informationSupport cross-functional teams during the ERP implementation as neededQualifications:Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or Information SystemsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracyExcellent communication skills and willingness to engage with multiple stakeholdersAbility to work independently while managing multiple tasksWhat You’ll Gain:Direct exposure to a full-scale ERP implementation (Deltek → Epicor)Hands-on experience with real business data across finance and supply chain functionsOpportunity to work in a high-tech aerospace environment supporting spaceflight missionsCross-functional experience that builds a strong foundation for careers in finance, operations, or systemsPowered by JazzHRCBALFy9qr1
