Travel School-Based SLP | Canton, Georgia

Provide speech-language pathology services to elementary-aged students in an engaging school setting within the northern Atlanta area. This opportunity is full-time, onsite, and designed to cover maternity leave through the end of the current school year.Location:Two placements available-one in Acworth and one in Woodstock, GA.Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language evaluation and therapy services tailored to elementary students.Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.Ensure continuity of care throughout the maternity leave coverage period.Qualifications:Active Georgia Department of Education (DOE) certification.Valid Georgia SLP license.Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred.Mat leave coverage position; availability required through May 22, 2026.Part-time candidates and SLP assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered.Strong communication and organizational skills essential.Work Schedule:Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Onsite position with no remote or travel options.This role offers a valuable chance to support students while gaining meaningful school-based speech-language pathology experience.
