Hands-on exposure to AWS Connect is highly preferred. The role requires designing scalable, event-driven solutions while leveraging AWS services for seamless integrations and high availability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda with Node.js.Integrate solutions with AWS Connect for customer engagement workflows.Build event-driven architectures leveraging AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, etc.).Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance serverless solutions.Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver cloud-native applications.Maintain and optimize existing Lambda functions and integrations.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).Proven experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.Familiarity with AWS Connect (preferred).Experience with AWS ecosystem (API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, CloudFormation/Terraform).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Solid understanding of cloud security and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
