Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: 38 hours/week (0.9 FTE) | Rotating Days | Every Other Weekend
Pay: $28–$42/hour (based on experience)

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Radiology Technologist to join a busy, patient-focused urgent care clinic in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Schedule
0.9 FTE (38 hours/week)
Rotating schedule consisting of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every other weekend required
Holiday pay available for worked holidays (clinic closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)
What You'll Do
As a Radiology Technologist, you'll play an important role in both diagnostic imaging and patient care by:
Performing diagnostic radiographic examinations
Maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
Assisting providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
Collecting patient histories and documenting clinical information
Obtaining and recording vital signs
Preparing exam rooms and equipment
Supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff
Delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment
No prior Medical Assistant experience? No problem! Candidates without MA experience will receive comprehensive training and mentorship.
Qualifications
Required:
ARRT (R) Certification
Indiana Radiologic Technologist License (or eligibility)
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
Two years of direct patient care experience
Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Training & Support
Approximately 2 weeks of dedicated orientation
Ongoing support from experienced clinical staff
Structured onboarding with a 90-day ramp-up period
Comprehensive training in:
Clinical workflows
EKGs
Injections
Patient care responsibilities
Medical Assistant competencies
